With a background in Radio-Electronic Physics from Sichuan University, China, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Cambridge University, UK, Prof. Luo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field.
Throughout his career, Prof. Luo has worked in various prestigious institutions and companies, including Chinese Automation Research Institute of Metallurgy (CARIM), Beijing, China, Entreprises Saunier Duval, Paris, France, Hocking NDT Ltd, Allen-Bradley IAP Ltd., and Simplatroll Ltd. in England. He is a Fellow of the Cambridge Philosophical Society and a Senior Member of the IEEE.
